Structural steel survey specialists from North Wales, serving clients across the globe
Dimensional control facility to enable precise construction of structural steel components.
Detailed surveys that provide a clear view
At Williamson Technical Services Limited, we regularly attend fabrication workshops to provide dimensional control facilities to assist accurate construction of piping spools and structural steel components. Our services include setting up of assemblies at pre-weld stage with interim surveys prior to final welding, with the fully documented “as built” post weld survey reports. Our computer software can provide complete statistics on the dimensional and geometrical integrity of the fabricated components, including flange deflections and bolt-hole rotations.
Structural steel surveys
Three-dimensional surveys of structural steel-work for either replacement or new components. Surveys of difficult to access components are undertaken using remote measurement systems or by use of Rope Access techniques.
